As a result, Reddy boasts 797 horsepower, just 43 to avoid the demon.

We suspect this Grand Cherokee could be the Trek Hawk Rede, meaning it will use the same 797-hp version of the supercharged 6.2-liter Hellcat V-8 found in the most powerful Challenger and Charger Hellcat models. Compared to the current Trackhawk's 707-hp version of this engine, the motor's higher output adds 90 horse power and another 50 or so lb-ft of torque.
The hood injection is the only clear indication that this prototype is packing something special, but it's possible that the Jeep could also handle beefed-up suspension or rocks in slightly outside corners. And if it does inherit the Reddy name, it will have a different badge and thus a difference from the regular Trackhawk. We also expect the price to increase from the current price of $88,395.
This special model will likely be valid for the current generation Grand Cherokee, as the next generation of the SUV is due in 2021. Expect to hear more about the upgraded Trackhawk sometime over the next few months.
